These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SipSpot mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by SipSpot (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using SipSpot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SipSpot is intended for users who are of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction (21+ in the United States). By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for complying with all local laws related to alcohol.
SipSpot provides information about restaurants, bars, happy hours, and related deals. Content is for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that hours, prices, deals, locations, or availability are complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm details with the venue before visiting.
SipSpot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the venues listed unless explicitly stated. Trademarks and venue names belong to their respective owners.
Some features (such as saving favorites) require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.
If you submit spot requests, problem reports, or other feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve the Service. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing material.
SipSpot may offer optional paid subscriptions (for example, “SipSpot Pro”) that unlock additional features such as saved favorites, advanced filters, and an ad-free experience. Subscription details—including price, duration, and benefits—are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
Free features of SipSpot may display advertisements. Subscribing to Pro may remove ads as described in the app.

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by SipSpot or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of deal or location information.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIPSPOT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SipSpot and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or stop providing the Service, or terminate your access, at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the app. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
